Christmas Parade

It was a beautiful day for a parade.  The sun was shining, the sky was blue, and the wind passed us by.  The parade was hosted by the Colorado Driving Society, and made possible by great volunteers like Cyndi at Living a Dream.  There was even a volunteer passing out homemade cookies in the staging area.  That's my kind of parade.

The horses were decorated from head to tail.

The theme was Teddy Bears, and they were everywhere.

One of my favorite entries was this
impeccable Gypsy Cob.

We all waited patiently for our turn.
Bob waited.

Gossy waited.
Diana and I waited out of view.

David and Boomer waited.

And before we knew it, it was our turn!

Wow, what a nice crowd!

And who's that waving goodbye?
Why, it's Cyndi!

I saw the photos on Cyndi's blog too. Had no idea you lived near each other. What a perfect day for a parade.

Boomer looks super! Strutting his stuff :O).

The pic of the highly decorated tail made me smile :O)

I too like the little horse with the Bear riders :O). The Gypsy Cob is gorgeous, umm I have no idea if that is the name of the horse or the carriage but I agree both are very pretty!

It's so much fun to see what is captured by different cameras!
Ah... I am still drooling over the Gypsy, and his owner was so very, very nice.
