Beautiful moment you captured. Beautiful colors. And its much nicer to see a rainbow in the sky than a tornado. The recent moisture was appreciated, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I stepped outside to feed this morning...and...the sky was blue and it was warm! It's about time.
I just love your pictures. You can almost see the 'end' of the rainbow. (Who owns that house? Do they have a ton of money hiding in the mattress?!) The colors are vibrant!
Terry, I'll never complain about the RAIN again! Snow? You said? Hang in there! Truth be told (but don't tell anyone) I prefer the cool weather over hot /humid! So we both live in 'ideal' regions.

WOW, great pics!
I hope the storms are through for a while. We've had clear sky for 2-3 days so maybe it's reached you by now :)

The plant you asked about is a ceonothus !

Now that is a perfect rainbow capture...I just love it...the charcoal grey sets it off perfectly...isn't Mother Nature amazing!
