After a nice warm up, we've had a bit of a cold snap.
The boys are out catching some rays and "grazing".
There is nothing out here to graze on!
Paj, honey, what are you eating?
"nom nom nom"
Reggie? Have you found any grass?
"Bite me"
Ben and Boomer, are you finding some grass?
"Did you hear something, Ben?"
"Nope."

Obviously horses don't have any sense of humour!! lol
The mountains in your background, Terry, blow me away! So surreal looking.
Great post! Beautiful pictures!
I used to watch my guys and wonder what they were finding to occupy their mouths! This year the pasture is even scantier.
Grazing must be habit-forming, and your boys are addicted. :)
Hilarious. Misty can relate. I have a devil of a time getting her to come in from the pasture in the summer. But this time of year, I usually find her waiting for me at the pasture gate.
When the snow melts here, the grass is green...they should see some tomorrow. Such crazy ups and downs with the weather back here.
Beautiful mountains in the first picture - what a breathtaking sight to have right from your backdoor. SO jealous!
Hi Terry! I love your horses! They are gorgeous and funny! When we drove back from Black Hawk yesterday, I couldn't help but notice how dry everything is! We need a big snow!
Wow, that view is breathtaking!
Your horses are so beautiful also!!
Ivan
Bite Me....that is so funny!!!
Gorgeous pictures. You take such amazing photos! We have no grass where we live either. There is a drought on and my poor horses and the cows have no grass!
haha!!!
Mine had been chomping to comp.....she's been trying to dive down to the ground, while riding!
It's certainly gorgeous! They are happy to be out! Even if dirt is on the menu.
