Remarkable Healing

Yep, that's what the doctor said.  David's hand has shown remarkable healing.  He got the drain out today, and the stitches come out in a week.  He can do light barn work, but nothing requiring a grip so the stitches don't come out.  I have missed my best friend/barn manager's cheery presence and help.  It seems like it takes 3 times as long to do the ranch work by myself.  He threatened to get a sick leave note from the doctor for me, but nothing doing!  Back to work, big guy.

Glad that David's hand is healing, but I imagine it will take a bit till it's all better. Have a good week now!

I'm so glad David's hand is healing well. Soldier sends greetings and wants to let you know that he is feeling a whole lot better. Much thanks to the harness which seems to give him much needed stability. It has made a world of difference. He even tried to get up on the dog love seat today. He couldn't make it, but he was thinking about it.

Very good news! :O). I have to agree I like when honeyman and I can tackle a project together. We cut wood for the stoves all day Saturday. The day flew by, we had fun and we got a ton of wood cut!

Good to hear about David!

You may be interested to know that we here on the east coast of Canada have had our first snowfall today! A little behind you there in Colorado. It's is supposed to turn to rain tonight and tomorrow we'll start 'clean' again.

Hello Terry, I hope David continues to heal well and that you guys had a great Thanksgiving with lots of love and goodies. Soldier continues to do really well and the harness helps a lot. He can now walk on the kitchen floor without slipping into that horrible position with his hind legs underneath him. I will never forget your kindness.
