First off, David found my camera! Yay!
It was a very horsey day. Most days are. Jan cleaned her barn, David and I cleaned our barn, and then we were off to Elvis' barn. I got on the big guy first, and he was quite strong. It might take a little time for him to adjust to his new life after having Jan's big acreage to play in all day. Poor guy. So after my ride, Jan got on, and she did great! She was able to get him nice and collected in short order.
I am thrilled for Jan. She's been on Elvis a few times since her serious health problems, but this was her first real ride in a very long time. She looks like she never took a day off.

At first I thought you had a bad cold! lol Hey, I try.
Good to hear Jan is back riding. There is something so majestic about horses.
Jan and Elvis look terrific, as does the facility. Poor guy? Doesn't he still get turned out?
I'm in love... with the arena, oh, and Elvis, too, of course!
It has been so gloppy I haven't ridden since our little fox tracking session. Jan looks great - hard to believe she hasn't been doing this daily.
Elvis looks great :)!
btw - glad you found your camera. :)
Sure looks good to me! I bet Elvis remembered all their time working together, and knew exactly what he was supposed to do. He's a smarty, isn't he?
So, are you gonna tell us where your camera was, or is it too embarrassing? ;)
All looks fantastic ....hope the weather isn't too nasty!!
They both look just great and the arena is beautiful
Oh I wish I could ride that well -she looks fantastic on him !
That was so cool....
PS>You are able to post on my blog again...so glad!
