Prairie Flowers

I love this time of year.  It's not too hot, it's not too cold, and the flies haven't found us yet.  The pastures are aglow with flowers.

Milkvetch

One of my favorites - Indian Paintbrush

Easter Daisy

The fairest flower of them all -

Paj!

I also love the prairie flowers. That was one of the wonderful discoveries when we first moved here.
You are right.... Paj is fairest of them all. There is nothing more beautiful than a sleek horse at pasture. He shines! You must have been doing a lot of grooming!

He's fat and shiny!

Thanks, Ruffles. He thinks he's very handsome, and the mares across the road think so too.

I see what you mean! We have those little daisies too, but I haven't seen them this year. I like your new template and that filed full of flowers is gorgeous. Thanks for your comments on Angel's passing. I really appreciate your friendship.

I'm so glad the deed is done, and you're recovering!
