Ben and Visitors

Ben's blood numbers have started improving.  We are hopeful that he will be able to come home Monday.  Thank you all so much for your good wishes and concern.  Mickey and I visited him yesterday, and I think Mickey's calling in life may be Equine Therapist Dog.  He is most welcome in the clinic - his sweet nature seems to cheer the horses and the humans.

Today we had visitors that would bring a smile to anyone.  Bob and Diana brought Cinda (Diana's riding instructor) and her children Tyler and Cooper for a visit.
Boomer gave an excellent surrey ride
pony rides (stationary)

and gently accepted single blades of grass.
Mickey was a doll too.
What good boys.  We all had a good time.

That's such good news about Ben..what a relief! And Mickey's blending right in. Sounds like a good fit.

Boomer keeps re-winning my heart. I adore that picture of him reaching for the single blade of grass. What a total sweetheart.

I am so happy to hear that Ben may be able to come home. Whew! Huge sigh of relief!

Oh my, I'm not sure if it's Tyler or Cooper on Boomer's back, but the poor boy is almost doing the splits!
The single blade of grass picture is priceless!

I've been so worried about Ben. This news is wonderful. As for Mickey and Boomer, I think that they are most excellent representatives of their species.
