Crummy News X 2

Friend Jan is back in the hospital.  I wish I could do something more than give her horses extra treats and post photos of them for her.
Jan, Lakota is fine.
Please note that I have restrained myself from brushing his tail.

Elvis is fine too.

Of course Zan is fine; he's at our place.  Funny story about Zan.  Boomer is his new BFF, and he's forsaken Paj, his former BFF.  He kept dragging his hay over next to Boomer, so we finally moved his hay manger to the corner next to Boomer.  Well, that's better, but what he really wanted was...
a table with a view.
Please note that he took the mud treatment at the spa today.

The other absolutely crappy news is that Clifford the big red dog has had a stroke.  He is home and "resting comfortably".  All his blood work was good, he's on good drugs, and his wonderful vet thinks he has a good chance of making a great recovery.

What the heck! Clifford had a stroke? Good grief.
Hope everything improves soon for him and Jan.

Right now, we have 50 mph winds and it sounds crazy outside. Much of the snow is gone, but the temperature is plummeting and we may have some on the ground by morning. Is it still snowless at your house?

Sending Clifford lots of love and good vibes for a speedy recovery- the same to your friend Jan- I`am sure she appreciates the fact her horses are being beautifully cared for [and for posting the photo`s as proof of that setting her mind at rest !! ]xx

Oh, I'm so sad, hugs and warm wishes to Clifford and to Jan. I hope they both have a great week and make great strides towards recovery.
I know if I had to be in the hospital I would love to see pictures of my guys and know that they are receiving proper care. Your work is surely welcome and must help in the recovery process.

I'm a bit late with this, so I hope that Clifford is doing better by now. And your friend Jan too. It must be comforting for her to know that you take care of her horses.--Inger
